Website Holidazzle Take-Over
The team added holiday imagery and/or copy to 19 different pages on T-Mobile’s website and a new gift guide landing page. Some projects that existed on the peripheral of this assignment are the Deals for Everyone campaign, two banner updates, and, of course, the Black Friday and Cyber Monday landing pages.
Campaign Highlights:
The new Holiday Gift Guide Landing Page held its own during holiday, more than tripling in visits for both Customer and Prospects from Cyber Monday through Jan 6 (end of Three King’s Day).

Social Activations
A series of animated cards for T-Mobile’s social channels to celebrate Las Posadas, Noche Buena, and Nuevo Ano. All holidays that are extremely important to our Hispanic community. The campaign surpassed all public engagement rate (PER) and video view rate (VVR) benchmarks across platforms. Twitter yielded stronger overall YoY performance when compared to the 2020 #HolidayOn campaign, reaching 10.5k in engagements! Engagement for the entire month of December was 11.7K. @TMobileLatino Twitter gained 1.3K followers (+2.15% growth). The ultimate goal of connecting with our fans through our Latin traditions was a success. There were many nostalgic conversations that were fun to engage with, with people that represented many different regions of Latin America.

Three Kings Day
Through a combination of social media posts and stories we created awareness of The Three Kings tradition while seamlessly driving our audience to our T-Mobile gift guide. We started off by reminding our Spanish speaking pages that the Kings were on their way, we followed this up by driving awareness to the main T-Mobile page. We then created engagement by asking people what they would want from our gift guide and how they would made sure the Kings received their letter. All leading up to the celebration everyone looks forward to on January 6th. The most exciting thing about this “mini” digital campaign is its use of these characters that are deeply rooted in the Hispanic culture – The Three Kings. By creating awareness of this special celebration, T-Mobile could extend its Christmas sale for two more weeks naturally and creatively.
